Core responsibilities• Daily vehicle placements, process & system compliance, fulfilment of orders as per desired SLA’s, trip insurance, process ownership & compliance from vehicle arrangement to departure. Key deliverables• Lane wise vehicle placements as per SLAs, fulfilment as per SLAs, activity wise metrics achievement as per SLAs, vehicle tracking compliance & vendor wise load allocation Role description• o Finalize vendors & place vehicles for confirmed indents as per desired SLAs. o Execute all system processes & steps to ensure 100% process compliance & provide full visibility to all stakeholders o Ensure vehicle & driver documents are collected, validated & verified in system. Ensure only vehicles with correct docs are placed. o Ensure vehicle tracking (SIM or Mobile app) is enabled before it reaches the origin o Follow up with the concerned vehicle driver to reach the loading point & ensure respective SLA performance o Work with all stakeholders involved in dispatch order generation & ensure immediate DO issuance to vehicle on arrival at factory. o Follow up for loading & documentation activities, maintain close coordination with drivers for proper documentation activities. o Vehicle wise insurance document generation & communication to driver to carry all relevant documents including invoice, way bill, LR & insurance documents. o Validate & verify shipping docs & ensure vehicle departure only after verification approval process. o Coordinate with accounts team for release of advance payments & ensure to address all advance payment exceptions. o Proactively communicate exceptions to the concerned stakeholders of different projects (sales & procurement teams)
