Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines efficiently.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project implementation.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and processes.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing project team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree in Project Management or related discipline preferred. EXP: 10 to15 years
