Fire Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and Adani's safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections of fire prevention systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational readiness
• Plan and execute fire drills, emergency response exercises, and evacuation procedures to enhance preparedness
• Provide hands-on training to employees on the proper use of fire extinguishers and other safety equipment
• Collaborate with external emergency services to coordinate fire response and rescue operations
• Investigate fire incidents, analyze causes, and recommend preventive measures to minimize future risks
• Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, drills, and training sessions
• Participate in safety audits and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications

• B.TECH/B.E/BSc in Fire and Safety Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in the Fire & Safety industry
• Fire Safety Certification
