Step into a Role Where You Are Central:


As the Executive Secretary in the Founder's Office, you won't just be managing tasks; you'll be at the heart of our operations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Founder, gain invaluable insights into business strategy, and be the central connect for all our departments. You will play a crucial role in the seamless functioning of the Founder's office and contribute directly to our organizational efficiency and client success.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include (but are not limited to!):


  • Orchestrating the Founder's Day: Expertly manage the Founder's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and productivity.
  • Guardian of Communication: Handle email management with precision, draft professional correspondence, and manage client communication with utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Master of Meetings: Skillfully arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. This includes scheduling daily discussions and organizing department-wise presentations from time to time.
  • Handling with Discretion: Be a trusted partner in handling confidential discussions and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Portfolio & Client Champion: Maintain the Founder's portfolio and actively manage communications with our valued clients.
  • ZOHO Savvy (We'll Train You!): You will receive comprehensive training on ZOHO and will be expected to utilize it effectively for various office management tasks.
  • Embrace the Spotlight: Be ready and confident to present on camera during all official internal and client meetings, representing the Founder's office with professionalism.
  • Pressure & Poise: Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure effectively, multitask seamlessly, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Team Synergist: While not directly managing a large team initially, you will assist in coordinating efforts and fostering a collaborative spirit within the Founder's office and across departments.
  • Embrace the Unexpected: Proactively support the Founder's office in a multitude of listed and unlisted activities that will inevitably crop up – your go-getter attitude will be key!
