Security Guard

Position: Security Guard

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Location: As per Company Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Conduct regular patrolling of the premises to ensure safety and security.

Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats.

Maintain visitor registers and security records.

Check and verify materials entering and leaving the premises.

Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches to the supervisor.

Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Assist during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or evacuations.

Maintain discipline and order within the assigned area.

Required Skills:

Good observation and vigilance skills.

Basic communication and reporting ability.

Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Knowledge of security procedures and safety protocols.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th Pass.

Prior experience in security services preferred but not mandatory.

Ex-Servicemen and experienced security personnel will be given preference.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Disciplined, punctual, and responsible.

Honest and trustworthy.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duty Hours: 8/12 Hours Shift (As Assigned)

Weekly Off: As per company policy
