About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Google Workspace & AI Automation Executive to join our team at Kamla Horeca Pvt Ltd. This is not a data entry job. You will build systems, automate processes, create dashboards, and use AI tools to make our business run smarter and faster. If you love Google Sheets, live in Apps Script, and get excited about what AI can do for a real business — this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Google Apps Script and AppSheet
- Create business dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and Google Sheets
- Manage and improve MIS reporting — sales, collections, inventory, HR data
- Use AI tools (Claude, Codex, Claude Code) to write, debug, and improve scripts
- Collaborate directly with the MD to build systems that solve real business problems
- Document every process you build so it can be followed by the team
- Proactively identify areas where automation can save time or reduce errors.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
- Working knowledge of AppSheet and Looker Studio
- Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts independently
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Good to Have:
- Experience using AI coding tools — Claude, Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Basic Python knowledge
- Exposure to Supabase, Vercel, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a small business or startup environment The Real Differentiator: We don't just want someone who knows the tools.
