Job Description – ElectricianPosition: Electrician
Location: Plant / Industrial Site
Salary: As per experience and company norms
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair electrical panels, motors, transformers, and wiring systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of electrical equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and machinery.
- Monitor electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the Maintenance Incharge.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures while performing electrical work.
- Qualifications & Requirements:ITI Electrician (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, starters, MCCs, and wiring systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot faults.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety practices.
- Skills Required:Electrical troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance
- Panel and motor maintenance
- Problem-solving ability
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Safety awareness
Experience: 1–3 Years (Industrial experience preferred)
