We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee all operational activities of our modular furniture business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality control, project execution, and installation. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and an in-depth understanding of modular furniture production and delivery cycles.

• Key Responsibilities:Operational Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead planning for production capacity, inventory, procurement, and workforce needs.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Management:
• Manage procurement of raw materials, vendor relationships, and cost control.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, and transportation of finished products to clients.
• Project Execution & Site Coordination:
• Collaborate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure on-site efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to product quality standards and safety regulations.
• Implement process audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement practices.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across operations, production, and logistics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Technology & Systems Integration:
• Oversee implementation of ERP and other systems to track production, inventory, and delivery.
• Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in modular furniture, interior fit-out, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production and supply chain operations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred Skills:Exposure to interior design, architecture, or construction project workflows.
• Experience in B2B project-based manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of materials used in modular furniture (plywood, laminates, hardware fittings, etc.).
