About the Role :-

Upalaksh Job Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities :-

• Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Handle offer negotiations and candidate onboarding coordination.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

• Required Skills :-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Eligibility Criteria :-

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR will be an added advantage.
