Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Management Executive to manage inventory and godown operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring incoming and outgoing inventory, dispatching orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Verify and check all incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
• Monitor and record all outgoing inventory and dispatches.
• Prepare and coordinate order dispatches as per customer requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shortages.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of stock within the godown.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Generate inventory and stock movement reports.
• Maintain inventory records in Tally Prime and related systems.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient utilization of warehouse space.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or godown operations.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage dispatches and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
