Job Description
- 🛠Key Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Client Relations
- Visit client companies regularly to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and trust.
- Understand client requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Profile Collection
- Meet HR managers and decision-makers to collect detailed job descriptions and candidate requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of profiles before sharing with the recruitment team.
- Maintain a database of client requirements for future reference.
- Field Marketing
- Promote company services directly to potential clients through field visits, presentations, and networking.
- Identify new business opportunities by approaching companies in target industries.
- Represent the company at job fairs, corporate events, and industry meetups.
- Coordination
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on client visits, profiles collected, and business opportunities identified.
- Track progress against targets and share insights with management.
- 👤 Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, client relations, or business development (preferably in recruitment/HR services).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client-facing roles.
