Production Engineer

Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedule.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase & Dispatch departments.

Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, and finishing processes.

Maintain production reports, daily output records, and machine performance data.

Control wastage and improve productivity.

Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE on shop floor.

Handle breakdown coordination with maintenance team.

Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Maintain quality standards as per drawings and client specifications.
