PKM Sales is a growing supply and trading firm dealing in agricultural, horticultural and allied items.

🔹 Position Overview

We are looking for smart, responsible and experienced candidates who can support our procurement, quotation, vendor coordination and office management work.

The role requires good communication, computer knowledge, and ability to manage data and documentation efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Study and understand different Agricultural and Horticultural items.

* Search, source and enquire about items as per client requirements.

* Collect rates from different vendors and suppliers.

* Prepare quotations, rate comparisons and purchase documents.

* Draft and respond to professional emails.

* Maintain files, records and office documents.

* Handle data entry, spreadsheets and maintain the database.

* Coordinate with clients and vendors for orders and follow-ups.

* Assist in smooth daily office operations and management.

🔹 Required Skills

* Good communication & writing skills (Hindi/English).

* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

* Basic understanding of horticulture/agriculture items (preferred).

* Ability to multitask and work responsibly.

* Good organisational and documentation skills.

* Professional behaviour and positive attitude.

🔹 Eligibility

* Minimum Education: Graduation (must be 1st division).

* Minimum Experience: 2 years in office, supply, procurement or admin-related work.

* Age: Flexible.
