Job Description
Job Objective:
To generate new business through field visits, client meetings, and relationship management. The Sales Executive will identify prospects, explain company products/services, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets through professional and ethical sales practices.
Job Title:

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Head
Employment Type: Full-Time | Target & Incentive-Based
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
2️⃣ Meet potential clients to explain products, services, and benefits.
3️⃣ Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely deal closures.
4️⃣ Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5️⃣ Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit reports.
6️⃣ Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
7️⃣ Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
8️⃣ Promote company’s products at field campaigns, stalls, or events.
9️⃣ Coordinate with internal teams for after-sales support and documentation.
10️⃣ Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th + Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 0 years in Field Sales / Marketing / BFSI / FMCG preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday – Full Field Work & Client Meetings
- Sunday – Weekly Off / Field Campaign as per schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance-Based Incentives (45000 to 95000 Monthly)
- Travel Petrol Allowance / Conveyance Reimbursement
