Team Leader (Sales)


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for FMCG products through the reseller channel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reseller network.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring achievement of company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and action plans to achieve targets.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign sales territories and set individual and team goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Reseller Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key resellers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with resellers to discuss sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Resolve issues and address concerns raised by resellers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with resellers.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
