Job Title: Appointment Setter

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary objective will be to generate a steady stream of qualified appointments to help drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Qualification: Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to qualify leads and determine their interest in our products/services.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring alignment with the sales team's availability and objectives.
  3. Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals, to schedule appointments or gather additional information.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointments in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  5. Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate product/service offerings, value propositions, and appointment details to prospective clients.
  6. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by coordinating schedules, preparing necessary materials for appointments, and ensuring smooth handover of leads.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as appointment conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity ratio, and appointment attendance, and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness in all interactions.
  9. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality, customer preferences, and areas for process improvement.
  10. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.


  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
