Gender : Female/Male Role: Customer Service Executive Rolls: Off-rolls Job Description: 1. Attending to incoming calls from BOB 2. Liasioning with operations team & BOB for resolving their queries. 3. Proactively calling BOB & updating them on customer service enhancement 4. One point contact for all BOB related activities 5. Support sales team in fulfilling service & data related queries. 6. Should be from Mutual fund/Insurance/ BFSI background. 7. Should have experience in client facing/handling. 8. Should have experience in scrutinizing or doing transaction. 9. Should know 1 of the south languages and should be fluent in Hindi & English. 10. Strong in communication skills. Min 1 year of MF industry experience.
