Digital Commerce Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Content Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation and management across our e-commerce platform, website, and digital media channels. A strong understanding of luxury fashion/jewellery, visual storytelling, and digital trends is essential.

• Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Content Management & WeightingCreate and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, tags, and specifications.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and SEO-friendly product content across platforms.
• Prioritize and manage the order of product listings based on trends, inventory, and marketing focus.
• Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams to align content with brand direction and seasonal collections.
• Content Creation & EditingWrite and edit compelling content for product pages, landing pages, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers to create engaging visuals and storytelling.
• Ensure brand tone, grammar, and messaging consistency across all platforms.
• Create content calendars for launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Website ManagementOversee daily updates of the website (banners, homepage, collections, etc.).
• Work with developers/designers to troubleshoot and enhance UX/UI.
• Monitor website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
• Implement SEO best practices for on-page and off-page optimization.
• Digital & Social Media ManagementPlan, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Collaborate on paid campaigns (Meta, Google) with internal or external marketing teams.
• Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance; prepare monthly reports.
• Respond to community messages and maintain brand engagement.
