Job Description

Role SummaryThe B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct B2B sales activities. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationIdentify prospective B2B clients through market research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Cold calling, email outreach, and client visits to pitch company products/services.
  • Sales & NegotiationPresent and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Handle client complaints and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Reporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for order processing.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Market ResearchStay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and market reach.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or channel development.
  • Knowledge of local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
