Job Description
Job OverviewMotel The Village is hiring for its dining and service team! We are looking for experienced Captains to lead the floor and energetic Stewards (Waiters) to deliver excellent service to our guests.
Position 1: Restaurant Captain
- Role: Lead the dining floor, manage the service team, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Responsibilities: Greet guests, take VIP orders, supervise stewards, coordinate with the kitchen, and handle customer feedback.
- Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a hotel/resort. Must have good leadership and communication skills.
Position 2: Steward / Waiter
- Role: Provide excellent table service and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
- Responsibilities: Present menus, take accurate orders, serve food and drinks promptly, clear tables, and assist the Captain.
- Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with a polite attitude and high energy are welcome to apply!
- General Requirements & TraitsWell-groomed, polite, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to handle rush hours efficiently.
- Fluency in Hindi (basic English is a plus for Captains).
