1. Maintaining of daily routine accounting entries such as sales, purchase, payments, credit note, debit note, Journal, E waybill etc. 2. Maintaining of various accounts related ledgers such as cash book, bank book, Journal ledger, General ledger etc. 3. Preparation of various statements such as bank reconciliation, debtors reconciliation, creditors reconciliation, Ageing Report etc. 4. Computation of payable GST amount & preparation of GST returns on a monthly basis & submission of the same to the department. 5. To get the GST audit & GST assessment done successfully for the company & obtain assessment orders from the department. 6. To do reconciliation with co.’s debtors & creditors on a periodical basis & take necessary corrective actions. 7. To review ageing reports of customers and provide necessary feedback & inputs to the management for timely & speedy recovery of co. dues. 8. To ensure proper accounting of company’s stocks & fixed assets & ensure that all assets & stock is adequately insured. 9. To attend periodical internal & external audits of the company. 10. Preparation of Profit & Loss account, passing of various journal vouchers, finalization of Trial Balance etc. 11. Proficient in preparation of all types of MIS reports as required by the management in respect of sales, stock, AR (accounts receivable) management etc. 12. To ensure timely settlement of all advance & imprest accounts of all staff members 13. To take care of entire general administrative work & help the management in taking proper decisions by providing necessary inputs. Education and Experience Requirements: • A semi-qualified CA , CS or CMA will be preferred • Candidates who are through with their articleship will be an added plus • Minimum 5-8 years experience in accounting/finance • Good knowledge of Audit, GST portal and other compliance • Good with communications & reporting • Sound knowledge of Party Accounts, Tax structures and Final Accounts Managements • Capability of Team Handling will add value in profile • Preparation of various statements such as bank reconciliation, debtors reconciliation, creditors reconciliation, Ageing Report etc.
