Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the stock market, education, and helping people achieve financial literacy.

• Key Responsibilities Engage with potential learners via calls, chats, and demos to explain our course offerings.
• Understand learner needs and recommend the most relevant course.
• Maintain follow-up pipelines and strong relationships with prospective learners.
• Conduct effective product demos to explain features like study material, notes, EDIC, podcasts, online courses, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams 
• Maintain accurate reports of leads, conversions, and feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with ethical, knowledge-based selling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaker with strong persuasion ability.
• Ability to understand and explain basic stock market concepts (training will be provided if needed).
• Target-driven attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling calls, product demos, and online communication
• Technical skills - MS Excel
• Excellent communication
• Basic understanding of trading, investing, or stock market tools.
• Experience in EdTech sales, financial product sales, insurance sales, or BFSI industry (Preferred)
