• Provide accurate information and guidance related to health, nutrition, or related topics
• Record and update call details in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries
• Ensure the regular follow-ups

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Empathy and patience in handling health-related queries
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Minimum educational background:

Graduate degree in a health or life sciences field such as:

• BSc Nursing
• BSc Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology
• BSc Dietetics / Nutrition
• BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• BPT (Physiotherapy)
• BHMS, BAMS or other paramedical degrees

Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or call centers is preferred
