Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships through effective CRM strategies and techniques to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role will involve interacting with both existing and potential customers and tracking customer feedback to provide personalized and seamless customer experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Management:
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Track and analyze customer behaviour to understand their needs and preferences.
  1. Customer Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly communicate with customers through various channels (email, calls, surveys, etc.).
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and tracking progress through the CRM system.
  • Assist in identifying potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the relevant departments on customer needs and preferences for better service delivery.

             Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C CRM management.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
