Field Sales Executive

We are a DPIIT-recognised fintech startup (DIPP250684) building Naksha — India's first Family Financial Address Book. We are solving India's ₹1,84,000 crore unclaimed assets problem by helping families keep a complete, privacy-first record of everything they have built.

About the Role

This is a high-performance, client-facing field role for candidates who are confident, presentable, and driven by results. You will be the face of Naksha in your city — meeting families, conducting product demonstrations, enrolling them on free trials, and converting them to paid subscribers. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with warm leads and community networks, representing a first-of-its-kind financial product in India.

What You Will Do

• Represent Naksha in your assigned city with professionalism and product expertise

• Conduct structured product demonstrations with families and individual prospects

• Enrol prospects on free product trials across Raah, Saath, and Virasat plans

• Drive paid conversions post-trial through follow-up and relationship management

• Guide prospects to complete their Parivar Financial Readiness Score

• Build and maintain a prospect pipeline and report daily via CRM/WhatsApp

• Participate in weekly team reviews and city leaderboard evaluations

• Coordinate with the city coordinator and central team for support and escalations
