Job DescriptionRekha Luxury is seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our passenger transport fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle performance, driver coordination, maintenance schedules, route efficiency, compliance, and overall fleet productivity.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the company's bus fleet.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, permits, insurance, and fitness certificates.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and operations teams to ensure smooth transportation services.
• Track fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Handle breakdowns, emergencies, and operational issues promptly.
• Prepare fleet performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and operational facilities.
• Travel to various locations, depots, and operational sites as required to monitor fleet performance and support business operations.
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or bus operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transportation compliance, and fleet optimization.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
