Job Title: Mobiliser Reports To: Centre Manager Job Purpose: Enrollments of candidate for skill development training centres for different trade and domain. Location- Dumka, Ranchi, Gumla, Palamu To raise awareness and motivate the target group to join the short term skill development schemes and eventually be able to earn livelihood through meaningful employment. Preparation and execution of proper and specific resource mobilisationstartegy. Responsibilities: • To possess knowledge of SSC specified skill training programme(SJKVY,PMKVY or ANY other parallel programmes for skill development) • To prepare a specific resource mobilisation plan for the meaningful execution. • To identify the target area and resource. o 18-20 (Only for Non-Matric Candidates or atleast 8th Class passed Candidates) o 20-35 Years of Age group ( For Class 10th and onwards) o Should be school or college dropouts o Should be unemployed o Should be ready to relocate for any job opportunity under the training programme o Should be resident of Jharkhand only. • Organizing KaushalMela or any other resource target events to mobilize the beneficiaries. • Counsel the identified candidates and enroll them under the course best matched with their aptitude. • Knowledge of other missions and programmes of Govt. of India in conjunction to other skill or development related schemes. • Good communicator and of pleasing personality. • To possess knowledge of mass media, small media and mobilisation camps. • Hold community sessions and meetings at the block/panchayat level to spread the knowledge of real benefits of skill scheme. • To collaborate with head of block/panchayat such as block development officer, gram panchayat head mukhiya or other persons of interest. • Well versed with the local language and dialects of the target area. • To cooperate with training centre manager and other operational teams of head office.
