Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our showroom's front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting administrative and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
- Coordinate customer appointments, test rides, and meetings.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
- Provide basic information regarding products, offers, and showroom services.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and lead management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Support showroom events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, or Automobile Industry will be an advantage.
- Experience handling customer interactions and administrative tasks.
