Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our showroom's front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting administrative and customer service activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, test rides, and meetings.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
  • Provide basic information regarding products, offers, and showroom services.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and lead management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Support showroom events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.


Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, or Automobile Industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience handling customer interactions and administrative tasks.
