The Role
We're hiring Server Support Engineers with both fresher and mid-level experience. You'll be the first line of technical support for our international client base, keeping servers running smoothly and resolving issues as they come up.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues across Windows and Linux servers
- Handle server OS installation, configuration, and management
- Provide ticket-based technical support to international clients
- Manage HyperV servers - create, modify, update, and delete as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong computer networking fundamentals
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environments
- Experience with HyperV virtualisation
- Good communication skills (this one really matters - you'll be working with global clients)
- Familiarity with Ubuntu/Linux is a plus

- Type: Full-time, on-site, Freshers & Mid-Level
- Salary (in-hand): ₹14,000 - ₹30,000/month, based on experience
- Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is an on-site role, not remote - please apply only if you're currently based in or around Ranchi, or able to relocate.
