Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Type: Full-time / Part-timeExperience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)📝 Job SummaryThe Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound queries, generating leads, and providing accurate information to customers. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into successful outcomes.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide product/service information clearly.
• Maintain customer data in CRM / Excel sheets.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or lead closure.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Resolve complaints or escalate them to the concerned team.
• 📚 Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi/English/local language).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening skills and convincing ability.
• Positive attitude and professionalism on calls.
• 🎓 QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• 💰 Salary₹10,000–₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Incentives/bonuses based on performance
