• Evaluate the warranty request as per defined warranty norms and make decision to offer / not offer warranty. • Raise warranty claim in the DMS system and do follow-up for approval • store warranty parts in the predefined locations, pack and send it to company as when required. • Reconcile all warranty receivable with payments using the appropriate accounting schedule. • Maintain a record of outstanding claims submitted, rejected, returned or paid. • Monitor the processing of claims to identify problems. • Analyse problems, identify trends and develop strategies for maximizing claim processes. • Follow up with the factory regarding unpaid claims.
