📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant for tractor sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers (farmers & businesses), and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads in rural and semi-urban areas
• Promote and sell tractor models and agricultural equipment
• Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and customer meetings
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and financiers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with finance/loan teams for customer approvals
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
• Participate in local marketing activities, fairs, and campaigns

🧰 Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of agriculture/farming needs
• Ability to work in field sales environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Target-driven and self-motivated

🎓 Education & Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Background in agriculture or sales preferred

💼 Work Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in sales (tractor/automobile preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
