• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Uttapam, Vada, Sambhar, and Chutneys.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
• Manage ingredients and support stock handling.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
