Position SummaryWe are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor with 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery and utilities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, VFDs, and utilities.
- Maintain LT panels, MCC panels, DG sets, and transformers.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.
- Monitor power consumption and ensure efficient utility operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise electricians and contractors as required.
- QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, control circuits, and electrical panels.
- Experience in plastics, rotomoulding, injection moulding, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
