Job Description
About the Role This is a full-time office-based position ideal for someone who is good at communication, coordination, and customer management. The executive will support the sales team by handling leads, calling customers, managing documentation, and maintaining strong relations with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Calling & Follow-Up
● Make cold calls to new leads from various sources.
● Explain basic product information and book site visits for the field sales executive.
● Follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement.
2. Customer Coordination
● Handle existing customers, answer queries, and maintain communication throughout the process.
● Share updates with customers on documentation, bank loan status, installation schedules, etc.
● Ensure excellent customer experience and timely responses.
3. Documentation & Office Operations
● Assist in preparing Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Invoices (SI), Quotations, and basic documentation.
● Coordinate with the operations team for paperwork, photos, and MIS updates.
● Maintain customer data, call logs, payment updates, and follow-up sheets.
4. DCR Certificate Handling
● Collect required documents from customers for DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) certification.
● Coordinate with internal teams or portals for generating and issuing DCR certificates.
● Maintain a record of all DCR certificates issued and ensure timely processing for each project.
5. Sales Support
● Support the field sales executive by booking appointments and maintaining daily schedules.
● Update the CRM / Google Sheet with lead status and remarks.
● Share daily/weekly reports with management.
6. Customer Retention & After-Sales Support
● Call old/inactive customers to revive interest or collect feedback.
● Assist in basic service-related communication and coordination.
Requirements
● Degree preferred: Commerce, Management, or any Sales-related background.
● Freshers or up to 1–2 years of experience in calling/operations/customer service preferred.
● Strong communication skills (Marathi + Hindi required; Basic English preferred).
● Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Sheets, Word).
● Pleasant personality, patient communicator, and strong follow-up ability.
● Should be comfortable with daily calling and office-based work
