Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle procurement and movement of construction materials to site.
  • Manage delivery, tracking, and coordination with suppliers, vendors, and site engineers.
  • Maintain stock records and basic documentation.
  • Take care of marketing material logistics such as brochures, standees, banners, and event setups.
  • Perform bank-related work: cheque deposits, withdrawals, challans, document submissions, etc.
  • Support office with field tasks such as deliveries, government office submissions, and coordination work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Maintain good communication with office staff, site team, and vendors.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile1–3 years experience in logistics, field work, or office support roles.
  • Should know local routes and be comfortable traveling within the city.
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and site teams efficiently.
  • Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
  • Two-wheeler license preferred.
