Job Description: Sales Coordinator / Business Analyst / Inside Sales
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated entry level graduates to join our team as Sales Coordinators / Business Analysts / Inside Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales, business operations, client management, and market analysis.
The selected candidates will work closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, reporting, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth sales operations
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
- Track sales orders, follow-ups, and delivery status
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
Inside Sales
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales managers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets
Business Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and sales data
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist management in identifying business growth opportunities
- Support process improvement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is preferred
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
