- Key Responsibilities:Complete leadership of packaging department.
- Plan and manage manpower, resources & daily output.
- Ensure zero-defect packaging and smooth workflow.
- Monitor cost efficiency and reduce wastage.

- Ensure documentation, safety compliance & continuous improvement.

- Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume packaging sites.
