Position: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team at Yash Retail and Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. This role will involve a combination of sales tasks and outbound telemarketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing:
- Outbound cold calling to potential customers
- Generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing product information and addressing customer inquiries
- Achieving sales targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience:
