Barista

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Barista who can also handle day-to-day café management. Someone who can handle operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Barista Duties
• Prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene
• Handle espresso machines, grinders, brew methods, and inventory
• Guide and train new staff on beverage preparation
• Ensure cleanliness of bar and kitchen area
• Café Management Duties
• Manage daily café operations and shift schedules
• Oversee staff performance & ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer service issues and maintain service standards
• Manage stock, ordering, wastage, and vendor coordination
• Ensure café opening & closing procedures are followed
• Maintain basic reporting (daily sales, cash handling, shortages, etc.)
• Support the owner in planning offers, promotions, and customer experience
