  • Research potential vendorsCompare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryReview quality of purchased productsEnter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesMonitor stock levels and place orders as neededCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
