Staff Nurse- NICU/PICU/Gyne

Job Summary:

The hospital is hiring skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses for the NICU/PICU department at its Panipat facility. The nurse will provide specialized care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients, monitor vital signs, assist doctors, and ensure adherence to clinical and safety standards. Candidates must be confident in handling critical cases and working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal and pediatric critical care patients.
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and overall clinical status.
• Assist doctors during procedures, resuscitation, and emergency care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with patient attendants and the clinical team.
• Support smooth functioning of NICU/PICU operations as per hospital guidelines.

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.

• Experience: 1–5 years in NICU/PICU or critical care preferred.
• Skills: Patient monitoring, neonatal/pediatric care, communication, teamwork, emergency handling.
