Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Call potential customers from the leads we give you.

2. Understand their business needs and schedule product demos.

3. Give simple, clear demos of our software and how it helps them.

4. Solve customer doubts and explain how Suvit can save their time.

5. Follow up regularly and convert leads into paid customers.

6. Achieve your monthly sales targets – and earn rewards!

7. Follow our easy-to-understand sales process (SOP).

8. Help onboard new customers smoothly after the sale.

Key Skills:

1. 1 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales /Telecalling Sales /B2C Sales.

2. Must be comfortable talking to customers on the phone/video.

3. Good at communication and convincing skills.

4. Must know Hindi & English (both are important).

5. Ready to work with monthly targets (we’ll support you to succeed!).

Education:

Graduated from any recognized university (MBA or M.com also preferred).
