1. Can handle accounts-Purchase, Accounts inwards, and GST 2. Can work efficiently for smooth functioning of all departments. 3. Document financial transactions by entering account information 4. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports 5. Secure financial information by completing database backups 6. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results 7. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule 8. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance 9. Support month-end and year-end close process 10. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls 11. Day to day accounting work - GST return preparation and filing experience is must - TDS return preparation and filing experience is must 12. Communicate effectively with clients 13. Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel 14. Order critical and strategic raw materials for production. 15. Negotiate competitive pricing and delivery of raw materials from various suppliers for the group of companies. 16. Promptly advise the manufacturing plants, labs and purchasers on supply and pricing changes as per company guide lines. 17. Be aware of the requirements of plant and lab and work in coordination with other line managers and management to develop long-term inventory plans for materials to ensure production levels are met. 18. Negotiate best pricing options including rebates coordinating the administration of the rebates with the Finance department. 19. Keep abreast of new technologies and make recommendations to technical departments as required. 20. Monitor raw material indices and keep up to date with current trends.
