Note: Salary is negotiable according to the skill set and knowledge of the candidate Recruitment: - Shortlisting/ Screening / Interview of Staff/ Sr. Staff requirement/ Campus drive. - Recruitments monitoring as per standard requirement. - Forms verification and approval - Induction to Staff members & guidance to HR team. - HR Team work monitoring Salary & Wages: - Payroll data checking (Payable Salary, OT, Incentives, Bonus) - Employees’ Full and Final settlements - Procedure for Payment Of Gratuity - Unpaid Salary / Bonus Checking and forwarding to Accounts Deptt. - Cost sheet Management Administration: - Accident & Insurance Management - Security Management - Canteen Management - Cost Sheet Management - Time office function Management / Plant Disciplines - Fire Safety Management - Co-ordination with Bankers for A/C opening process - Handling employees Grievances and Disputes - Contract (Folding/Beam Drawing)Management Legal Matters: - Handling visit of Govt. Officer i.e. PF, Labor, Health & Safety, Employment Exchange And Apprentice Advisor - Police Department (For monthly submission of Employees’ Bio-Data & Any other dispute) Audits: - ISO Documentation audit - GRS Documentation audit - Internal Audits
