Job Description
- 📞 Attend incoming client calls
- 📦 Explain CCTV products (DVR, NVR, IP Camera, WiFi Camera, Access Control, etc.)
- 🌐 Update product details & pricing on website
- 💬 Provide online support via WhatsApp / Email
- 🧾 Create Quotation, Challan & GST Bills
- 📊 Maintain customer database & follow-up sheet
- 📁 Coordinate with technical team for installation schedule
- 📦 If product sale is done:
- Pack product properly
- Prepare invoice copy
- Arrange courier dispatch
- Share tracking details with customer
- Maintain dispatch record
