Job Description

sales targets for SRF/RDF products; identify and pursue new market opportunities; 

monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust plans; report on campaign 

performance; analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour; 

stay updated on coal sector developments for relevant marketing strategies.

▪ Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and 

stakeholders in the coal industry; Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring 

compliance with legal and company standards.

▪ Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies; 

Monitor and manage risks; Effectively managing issues.

▪ Stakeholder Management: To maintain open communication with stakeholders, 

provide regular updates and promptly address concerns, coordinate with production 

and supply chain teams for timely deliveries, and ensure compliance with industry 

regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

▪ Marketing Material: Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, 

and other external partners; Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as 

brochures, press releases, and online content.

▪ Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate sales documentation, ensure timely 

submission of sales reports, participate in periodic sales review meetings, and prepare 

and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, market 

conditions, and potential risks.

▪ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement; Apply 

lessons learned from previous transactions to enhance future sales / client 

management practices; Strong data analytics skills;
