We are looking for a Civil Engineer For a Residencial Project in Surat city. Knowledge of Materials Must-Have experience as a Site Engineer 4 to 5 Years. The candidate should be graduated in Civil Engineering. Coordinate with Architects, Clients, Consultants, contractors, etc. Should have basic knowledge of Autocad & MS office. Supervise Construction activities. The Project has to keep the pace and in running condition all the way as per schedule b. Implement the work according to the client’s policy and standards c. Taking follow up with agencies, contractors, vendors, staff, clients, consultants from time to time so as to work commence in time. d. Resolving issues on-site preliminarily technical, among the staff and contractors. e. Risk forecasting and actions to be taken in advance to mitigate in coordination with the client. f. Maintain reporting system and see the reports are generated, shared, and stored in a particular manner. g. Check registers, and latest drawings and updates. h. Review of design and drawing and bring to the notice to concerned agencies if any compatibility, technical viability as well as speed and economical aspects. i. To check and approve the Record of site progress photographs and sharing the same. j. Strictly adhere to the HR policy of the company and various rules and regulations. Maintain discipline among the site and staff. k. Maintain relations with clients, agencies, contractors, and consultants. l. Get work done from various sites in charge and project managers and continuous updates with PMC. m. Establish performance criteria for staff and monitor the same. n. Define/generate job description of staff below you and approve from PMC. o. Any other responsibility which is not mentioned here but may be necessary for project implementation with mutual agreement. The company will reserve the right to modify the same. p. Make all staff and contractors responsible for their assigned duties. q. Certify the bills.
