Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and explain the Rentopus software.
- Follow up with customers until they complete the purchase.
- Help customers by answering questions via call/WhatsApp.
- Maintain basic records of calls and customer details.
Requirements:
- Languages: Hindi, Gujarati (Fluent), English (Basic communication)
- Communication Skills: Good communication and polite customer handling.Clear, confident, and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, MS Office).
- Ability to understand customer needs and give clear explanations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
- Experience in telesales or customer support (not compulsory).
