Job Description
- Provide comprehensive sales assistance, utilizing advanced MS Suite skills, particularly Excel, to support the team in meeting goals and deadlines.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, leveraging advanced Excel techniques such as formulas, pivot tables, and data validation to streamline workflows.
- Manage back office operations, ensuring smooth coordination of inventory, order tracking, and customer communication for timely deliveries.
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports, extracting data from various sources and ensuring clarity in presenting trends, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain organized databases, track sales performance, and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of training materials and support resources to enhance the team's proficiency in using MS Suite and Excel tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data entry, order processing, or report generation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor key sales data and provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning.
